Reservartions and Availability

Scrappers Hideaway is available year-round with no minimum or maximum stay.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 4:00 PM for weekend reservations; Weekday check-out times may vary based on availability. Early check-in may be available for an addition fee. A flat rate is charged for the cabin per night.

Groups of any size (up to 6) are welcome.

Rates are per night and are not adjusted for smaller groups.

$225.00/night

If you are available mid-week, you’ve found yourself a BARGAIN!

Sunday-Thursday
$125.00/night

Within seven business days of placing your reservation, a $100.00, non-refundable deposit is required. Your reservation will not be held if deposit is not received in seven business days. The balance is due 14 days before check-in date. You will be notified by mail or email of amount due. All payments can be made with a personal check. Please do not send cash.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and weekend check-out is also 4:00 PM. Weekday check-out times may vary based on availability. Someone from the Scrappers Hideaway will be there to greet you upon your arrival, or you will be given the code to the lock box. At that time, you will receive a key to the cabin and any other information you may need. A handbook with policies and procedures will be available inside the cabin. To check out, you simply need to follow the check-out procedures in the handbook, leave the key in the lockbox and lock the door behind you! If there is any matter that needs to be resolved before check-out, contact numbers will be available in the handbook and at the end of this packet.

Early Check-in: as early as 8:00 AM – additional $50.00 plus tax

Early check-in offers up to eight additional hours of scrapping time. Earlier check-in times may be available based on availability. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be applied to another date.

For Consultants

We are now offering a special deal for consultants only! Due to our size, consultants have needed to reserve two weekends to accommodate their guests, but have had to take down and set up their materials each time. That can’t be fun! To make consultant retreats more cost effective and less stressful, we would like to offer you the following special:

Rent two consecutive weekends and receive the week in between free, with free early check-in! You would then be able to leave your things set up and perhaps even extend the length of one or both of your retreat weekends into your free week.
